The lighttable got entirely rewritten last week and some things have not been rewired yet. Let me remind you that Ansel is in alpha state, which doesn’t mean ready for production. It seems that the thumbnails in lighttable are not refreshed properly after application of pasting history. Now, if you open the image, it should be there in darkroom.
