ansel.min is not a theme, if you have it in your theme options, it’s because some CSS minifier (intended to reduce the weight of web static resources) minified it in background. The theme is Ansel, without .min.

thanks for the answer, and yes I have that in theme options and was wondering what the outcome was, I use ansel without .min.
